Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Collection Value Tracker application ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Collection Value Tracker is an iOS application for creating and maintaining private records of valuable physical items. Features include collection organization, item photos, proof documents, receipt and appraisal OCR, serial and barcode scanning helpers, valuation history, reminders, reports, CSV export, and PDF export.

2. Important Limitations

The App is an owner-maintained recordkeeping tool, not a certified appraisal, insurance, tax, legal, or estate-planning service. You understand and agree that:

• Values, totals, gain/loss numbers, and reports are informational records based on data you enter or confirm.
• The App does not verify authenticity, ownership, condition, grade, market value, replacement cost, tax basis, or insurability.
• OCR, barcode, and serial extraction can be inaccurate and must be reviewed by you before relying on the data.
• Insurance companies, tax advisors, estate professionals, appraisers, buyers, and other third parties may require additional documentation or independent verification.
• You are responsible for backing up exported reports or other files you need outside the App.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and only with records, photos, documents, and item data you have the right to store and process. You agree not to:

• Create, alter, or distribute false proof documents, fraudulent appraisal records, or misleading ownership records
• Use reports generated by the App to misrepresent item value, authenticity, ownership, condition, or provenance
• Store documents or photos that violate another person's rights or applicable law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or free-tier limits
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: 30 items, 1 collection, 1 photo per item, 3 OCR scans total, basic CSV export, watermarked summary PDF, and ads.
• Premium Monthly: $4.99/month. Unlimited items and collections, full PDF reports with photos and proof documents, unlimited value history, unlimited OCR scans, unlimited reminders, and zero ads.
• Premium Annual: $29.99/year, with a 7-day free trial. Same Premium feature set as monthly.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If you cancel during a free trial before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• We may change pricing with notice where required by Apple or applicable law.

5. User Content

You retain rights to the item records, photos, proof documents, notes, values, OCR text, and reports you create in the App. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and backup of your content. We do not access, collect, or store your inventory content on Bulpara servers.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and packaged content, is owned by Bulpara Inc and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT RECORDS, REPORTS, OCR RESULTS, VALUE TOTALS, OR EXPORTS WILL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF ANY INSURER, APPRAISER, BUYER, TAX AUTHORITY, COURT, OR OTHER THIRD PARTY.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Decisions made based on values, reports, proof completeness, OCR text, or exported records
• Insurance, tax, estate, resale, appraisal, or ownership disputes
• Loss of item records, photos, proof documents, or exported files due to user error, device failure, deletion, or backup failure
• Subscription-related charges handled through Apple's billing systems

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, your reports, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to users, third parties, or the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
